Post Print Preview Shifted Left Despite Default Settings

I am on a Mac with OS Sierra, and I am using the Microsoft Office for Mac. I have a Canon MX490 printer.

When I print click "print" the print preview appears and it looks like the page is shifted left with an imaginary border. Therefore, the pages are printing with part of the page cut off lengthwise. Margins are normal. Printing is set up for my specific printer. When viewing the document, it looks normal and aligned. Attached is a picture of the print preview screen.

Please let me know how to realign the document.
