Default importing bulk info from excel...(updated)

I have a excel file that has over 32,000 rows each one with 13 columns. This information deals with Books (name, author, summary, chapters, word count, etc); I am trying to find some way of displaying this information in a word document with out having to copy and paste all that information.

Does anyone know of a nice tutorial that might help me with this?

EDIT: Can this not be done? Or do you need more information?

Since nobody told me that it can not be done I must have done a bad job explaining this. Is there some way that I can make a "template" has the names of the columns like this...

Code:
<Story name> By <Author>
<Summary>
<Rating> - <Word Count> - <Chapters>
Then have it link to a excel sheet. From there it would look up the information from each of the columns for each row then "print" it out to word. Like this....

Code:
Quest of Word Knowledge By Herby Canopy
This is the story of A mans quest of the forbidden knowledge of Microsoft Word.

The Return Quest of Word Knowledge By Herby Canopy
This takes off where we last saw the hero in his Quest of the forbidden knowledge of Microsoft Word.

You did a fine job of explaining. It's my first day on the forum, and I don't know why you didn't get any answers.

You need to use the mail merge function of Word to get your data out of Excel and into Word in an attractive format. I know you're not making letters, but this would probably fall under the "directory" option of the mail merge settings. Doing this is a 4-step process. There's lots of details, but it's easy to learn. This tutorial will probably be all you need: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/he...349201033.aspx

Post back if you get stuck.

Thank your for your relpy I got what I needed done though. I converted my excel to a XML file, then I learned XSL-T to convert that XML file into the formate that I wanted it. Then it loaded into a HTML file and I copy and pasted all that into a word file and printed it to a PFD file.

lol
Thanks I know how I need to do it for next time now.
