Default Copy and paste words on right side of page

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone knows how I can do this. Let's say I write out three different people's names on top of one another, and then copy and paste those names right below the first set of names, though using a smaller-sized font. Now if I continue to this over and over again, when I get to the end of the page, I can't then start to write on the -right- side of the page, it'll simply wind up on page 2. I'm hopeful this makes sense.

Well, how do I accomplish this task of writing on the right side, so as not to waste another sheet? I'd rather the writing be on one side instead of using the duplex option (writing on both sides), so if anyone has any clue as to how this can be done, I'd greatly appreciate the help.

Thanks.

Edit: After messing with it a bit, I ran into Text Box under Insert and that seems to do the trick. For curiosities sake, though: is that pretty much my only option?

Edit II: Actually, the Text Box border line shows up when I print a page. I'd rather not have that show, so any other suggestions are still welcome.

Thanks again.

Sounds like you need newspaper style columns (or possibly a two-column table). To add column formatting, use Page Layout tab | Columns | Two.
