Hello, I want to create a form with radio buttons in Mac ( Office 2016) but I cant find option to create it. Any suggestions. Thanks Kim

The only radio buttons that can be added to the body of a document are ActiveX controls, but ActiveX controls have never been supported on Macs. Userforms also have radio button controls. Other than that, you can use formfield checkboxes and/or dropdowns. Formfield dropdowns are generally easier to implement as they only allow one option to be selected and don't require any of the macro code that would be required to achieve mutually-exclusive checkboxes.

Thanks for the reply Paul. The dropdown wouldnt work because its a Survey form. The Check-boxes might work. But the functionality of check-boxes should be like Radio Buttons that the users could choose only 1 checkbox and not all. Is it possible? may be with VBA? Thanks Kim

Dropdowns will work just fine with a suitably laid out survey form. Simply have a question, then a single dropdown from which an answer can be chosen. Since only one choice is possible, they are mutually exclusive. And, given that it's a survey form, you almost certainly would not want to rely on macros. Office 2008 doesn't support them and, even on other platforms, users might have their systems configured to disable macros or might choose to disable the macros in your form at the prompt.
