Default Help with Content Control Box

I have a document that requires the same name and dates in multiple places in a document. I have it locked down with fill in text boxes. Is there a way that the data I enter in a text box can be set to auto fill in select other text boxes where the same data needs to be?

Thanks!

There are lots of different ways to do this. See http://gregmaxey.com/word_tip_pages/repeating_data.html

I would recommend Greg Maxey's addin to help with the CC mapping. http://gregmaxey.com/word_tip_pages/...rol_tools.html

If you do not have more than 15 such items that need to be repeated in a document, you could also use document property content controls (which are one of the methods in the first linked article that Andrew gave you.

First, though, take a look at Repeating Data Using Document Properties Content Controls and Other Mapped Content Controls to see if that will do what you need.
