Default Unlock fillable form created in older version of Word

I have a locked fillable form that I created in an older version of Word (Word 97-2003). I am now using Word 2016 and need to unlock this form to make changes. I went to help and the instructions say how to lock a form, but can't find how to unlock it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

On the Developer Tab click the Restrict Editing button. Click the button at the bottom-right to allow editing. If there was a password set, you'll need it.

Press the Restrict Editing button on the Developer Tab and then the button on the bottom-right of your window to allow editing. If there is a password, you will need it.

Otherwise, post the document here or on Dropbox and someone here will unlock it for you.
