Deleting fixed name on top right of page

Hello there,

I am having problems with deleting a name and page number on the top right corner of each word page. It says: "Joneston 1" "Joneston 2" etc.. on the top right of each page but I cannot remove it. It is as if it is fixed or engraved on the page. it is written in grey whereas the rest of the document is in black. Is there a way of deleting this?
