Default Creating a database in word

Hi Guys,

i have a word with a templete.
and the Templete is allways the same. just the names and the numbers of the customer
is changing.

how can i build a combobox to insert the info of each customer.with the number, address. when i choose is name from the combolist.

if you have another idea please let me know.

For Exemple:

the number 1 i draw will open a combobox or something else and after i choose one option, it will fill all of the yellow fields

If you only have a few customers (you probably wouldn't want it to remain that way), you could use the approach demonstrated in:

For a large list, you could use the approach demonstrated in:

Another possibility is to use a mailmerge - for which you can select an individual customer or multiple customers from a data source such as an Excel file and generate multiple such letters at a time.
