How to expand the gridlines

Hello and good day.

Just wanna to ask, how to expand the gridlines in graph. As the picture attached, the gridlines was 60, and i want to make it 100, so the reader know that 60% (60 per 100).

From the FILE/OPTIONS/QUICK ACCESS TOOLBAR, Add the "Grid Settings" to the QAT then make your adjustments using the Grid and Guides dialog menu.
