Default Printing Forms in Word 2007

I am creating a fax form in Word 07 where I will enter information on the desktop and then print it for distribution. I'd like for each text box (name, company, date, etc.) to show "click here to enter text" as an instruction, but I do not want this "instruction" to print if no text is needed in that text box.

Is there a way to indicate in properties or elsewhere to NOT print the instruction if NO text is entered?

Thanks for your help.
