To clarify Pauls anseer, add a next page section break at the end of each of the five pages.

Configure each section to have a different first page header.

Check that there are no links between headers/sections and copy the header information into the first page header of each section.

The header will then only appear on the five pages and provided the users don't add any more section breaks they need not have to know anything about how it works.
