Default Finding Source File of a Photo

Hi

I inserted a lot of photos in my Word document. Now I want to know the original name of each inserted photo. How can I do it?

That depends on how you inserted it. If you inserted it as a link, you'll be able to find the path & name via File>Edit Links to files; otherwise, you'll have to look for it yourself.

macropod
I inserted them via Insert menu>>Picture.
Do you mean it is impossible to know the name and address of inserted photos and I must search between files to find it's name and address?

Unless you used the 'link to File' or 'Insert and Link' insertion options, that's precisely what you'll have to do.
