I have a long text document in which there are several words or sentences Italic. These Italics are separated in whole document. Now I want to select all Italics (which I know how) and combine them together to print or making Index.
How can put these separate words together in one or more pages?

How about using Find to locate italicised text, and converting each hit to an index entry? this might save you work later on.
