Yes, or you can use an AutoText entry for the image in a Global Template.

Insert > Picture
Select picture
Insert (button) > Insert as Link

The AutoText option is less subject to the link being broken so long as the template holding the AutoText is loaded as a global template. You would use an AutoText field.
