Lots of backups - kept offline! Keep in mind John McGhie's statement that "there are two kinds of Master Documents: Those that are corrupt and those that will be corrupt soon."

The point Paul made is that you can do much the same thing, without the risks, using INCLUDETEXT and RD fields. This in not vba or programming. It is fields.
