How Do I Make A Bulleted List That I Can Tab Through?
Hey Everyone,
I'm an account manager that needs to ask my clients questions when I first sign them up- a lot of questions. Is there a way to "lock" the bulleted questions so that after I finish typing the answer to the first question, I can simply tab to the answer field of the next question? Thanks in advance! Yes. You will want to have the Developer Tab displayed so you can use it.
Each spot you want to type, put a plain text content control. If you will have multiple paragraphs in response to any question, you would want to enable carriage returns in the properties for that control. Restrict editing to "No changes (Read only)" and mark each of your content controls as an exception. By going into Design Mode, you can change the hint text in the control if you want. Remember to leave Design Mode when you are done doing this. 2013DeveloperInsertPlainTextControl.png Then Restrict Editing (Start Enforcing Protection) You can set a password if you want. I never do if it is just for my use. 2013DeveloperInsertPlainTextControl2.png You can set your bullets however you would normally do so. You may want to use a table. |
