I work with track changes a lot, and the problem is that when I write a word in a sentence, and then I push delete or backspace to delete some redundant words, the function doesn’t work. It just doesn’t delete the words until I put cursor in other position e.i. at the end of the word or else.

That's quite possibly because there is already deleted content between the insertion point and the content you want to delete.
