m using MS Office 2003 under Windows 10. I'm trying to print business cards on Avery cardstock, using an Epson XP-630 printer. This has worked in the past, but I created a new document for different cards, and now the printer thinks I want to print on a CD. I tried printing the old card document, and same thing. I can print normal Word documents ok, but just not the formatted card set. Any ideas how I can get around this? I've tried turning printer off & on and rebooting but with no success.

That suggests you created you new document from one that was previously used for printing to CD and is still configured as such or that you've changed a configuration setting on the printer, so that it treats documents with this particular page setup as being for the CD print process.
