Default Am I asking too much from Word?

Hi
How do I create a style sheets similar to that which I may see in indesign or quark?
Similarly, how can i create more than one master sheet and implement them in my document?

Are the above even possible?
Thanks

David

You may be expecting too much, but take a look at:

Note also Themes, Quick Style Sets, and the ability to change defaults using the Manage Styles dialog.

This is a very basic question. Word uses styles in a very similar manner to Indesign. Both have paragraph and character styles. I haven't used Quark for over 25 years but it was similar to Pagemaker and Word back in those days too.

There are plenty of tutorials online and you can easily do a google search to find useful resources to help you learn about showing, applying and modifying styles in many of those.

Let us know if you need specific styles knowledge rather than something general in nature.
