Default Drop Down's Help

Hi All,

I am having an issue working with drop down menu's in Word. I can create them just fine in the document and add my own list of items to drop down. My issue is this:

When one item is selected from drop down list "A", I need only certain items in drop down list "B" to appear and the rest to be hidden based on the selection that was made in list "A." I don't know how to "connect" them. I also need to copy the same list to several areas of the form as there are several lines to add items from the same list for each person on the form if that makes sense?

Any ideas or videos I can watch?

Thanks for the help,

Rob
