Can we NAME our own paper size that will show up on the printer?
I work in an office with a dozen other Assistants. We have a set of four printers that we print to. We print our labels mainly to one. Often we have several people printing labels to the same printer and they have a tendency to get printed by the wrong person, messing up the labels of the other person. I had the brilliant idea of being able to create a custom page size for each person and saving it as their name, and using that for their labels' page size, so when they print, the printer would say "MANUALLY FEED JANE" and we would know it was her labels.
IS THIS POSSIBLE? if not, is there another solution?? |

Whether creating a named format is possible would depend entirely on the printer, as far as I know.
