Print Error. Help Please
I am making a letterhead template on microsoft word. On the masterpage I inserted a pic of our company logo that I created as a jpeg in photoshop . Its 8 bit, RGB (Adobe profile inserted) It shows onscreen with no problems, but it does not print from my printer. The text I type in will print, but the picture leaves a message: ERROR: limitcheck OFFENDING COMMAND: image.
The file size of the jpeg is less than 1MB. How do I get this to print? is it the jpeg file or my printer? or preferences? please help.
