![]() I'm having difficulty with a text document - earlier today, when I added a space after each paragraph, I was able to position the cursor between the paragraphs, since I want to insert text there. Now, though, it won't let me position the cursor between paragraphs. I must've changed the settings somehow but didn't mean to. Does anyone know how to fix this? |

If you add space to a paragraph, you can either type at the end of that paragraph or at the start of the next paragraph. You can't type in the blank space between, without creating a new paragraph.

Perhaps, in other documents, you have created spacing between paragraphs by pressing Enter twice? In that case, you can certainly add content "between paragraphs."
However, note that, in Word, pressing Enter twice is not recommended as a method to create paragraph spacing. Instead, you should make use of paragraph Spacing After and/or Spacing Before (Paragraph dialog box).
