Unless you can provide a document showing the "how it should look like" output, I doubt any progress will be made. Even then, I suspect you'll be unable to prevent the content from one tabbed block bleeding/wrapping into others. That said, if you're saving the output as a plain text file that shouldn't matter.

Another option might be to use Excel and save the output in csv format.
