Actually, just two, and if you like, both can be right-aligned as in Graham's example and my attachment. Once you have set up one line, leaving your cursor in it you can press [Ctrl+Shift+C] to copy the paragraph's formats, including the tab settings; press Enter to start a new line, and press [Ctrl+Shift+V] to copy these formats to the next line. These are keyboard shortcuts for the Format Painter; you can also use it by the symbol in the ribbon if you prefer. Pressing enter after that line should copy the formats to the next, and so on.

If you display hidden characters (click the ¶ symbol in the Home tab of the ribbon) in my attached doc, and place your cursor in the first empty paragraph following the second line, you'll see the tab marks in top the ruler, while the second empty paragraph does not have them; I did this just to show you the tabs disappearing.

If this format with the tabs is something you use regularly, create a Style from one of the paragraphs you have set up the way you want. Then you can use it instantly at any time. Look up using styles.
