I wanted to create a Theme that would change the standard colors to the Excel green. Mistakenly I added a Style, thinking that was what would be used across documents. I have now created a theme and modified the styles in that theme. But, I am now trying to remove that style from the Office theme; called "Excel docs" in my case. I have tried to right click on it and select "Remove from style gallery." It removes it from the ribbon, but is still there in the window on the right. If I shut down Word and re-open, the Excel docs style is still in the ribbon. How do I get rid of it from the Office theme?

Open the normal template.
How to Open the Normal Template Open the Styles pane (the one on the right). Right-click on the style and delete it. |
