Unhappy How do I Get Link a result of a drop-down to an outcome?

Hi,

I'm looking at creating interactive forms where if an option is selected from a drop-down, it automatically produces the outcome.

For example, my drop-down is:

Bob
Dave
Alan

The title of the Drop-down is - Auditor

So if I select Bob, I want the phrase - Firm but fair - to auto-populate. Likewise if I select Dave, I want the phrase - Critical and harsh - and Alan - Get away with anything.

I've read a number of guides on the internet about Macro's but none of them put into layman's terms how I can achieve the desired affect. I have tried recreating the scenario's but draw a blank as soon as Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications open. I have no clue what to put in where and how.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm really drawing a blank.

Thanks
