Thanks for your reply. I've dabbled a bit in Field Codes, but would definitely need a refresher to be able to do what I want to. Not worried about that. My concern is that since it is for work, I can't really require my team to be this proficient in Word, and I know some of my co-workers would not grasp this easily (they find v-lookups a challenge).

I like your idea of having them in the same document and then just hiding the one you don't want. I'll have to run that by the boss but it might be the best option.
