Anyway to determine time/date of text creation?
I know, in word, you can look at the properties and see when a document was last modified but within a document can you tell when a certain character, sentence, paragraph or even page was typed or last edited? I have this huge 700 page document that I update everyday. I would like to be able to tell when I typed a certain thing without having to date it everytime I type. Thanks |

In track changes click on change tracking options, click on insertions, and put it color only, and put the color to black, unless you want to have what you write from now on in another color. You can do the same for moves and formatting. Then you click on track changes. Put the mouse pointer over text added from now on to know when it was added
