Hi, I've copied a very large number of Word files from my wifes old computer to the new on. Now I see that all the files dates have changed to the time when I copied them. This makes my wifes system for finding the file to at total mess and she is not amused.
I have tried some utilities but they will only change the date to another selected by me, they can't find the original date. But the original dates are inside the files, I can see them when I choose Properties in Windows File Explorer (it's called Pathfinder in my language. Is there any way to convert the file dates to the date in Properties? I hope so, that would be much better for my marriage. (Unfortunately the old computer has been shipped of.) |
