Default WORD changes font and then I cannot print

I am unable to print from WORD, but can print from my other programs (EXCEL, etc.)

I received an email with a document written in Kingsoft. I downloaded it and saved it in WORD. Then I could not print it. "There is insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot display the requested font." So, I saved it in verdana, my default font. It still gave me the same message.

Now somehow WORD is changing the font on all my documents, even those previously written before receiving this email. Now nothing will print. I checked my default font and reset it, but even when I save everything back in the default fonts, it converts back to a font I do not recognize before printing and I get the same message about insufficient memory.

How do I correct this?
