Default Track Changes - how do I make it to be turned on automatically for every doc I open?

Hi,
I am using Word 2013.
I want to be able to track changes for every document I open,
is it possible?
I have tried to find registry keys that will be able to do that, but so far found nothing.
Any ideas?

Thanks,
Goni
