I'm using Word 10 tracking for my manuscript. Suddenly a big, page-length block of green has appeared and won't go away. When I click on "Final: Show Markup," a small square on the green block says "Character scale: 15%, not expanded by/condensed by." How can I get rid of it?

I don't have Word 10, but if tracking works the same, accepting the change or rejecting it might make it go away.

Here's how I got rid of that big green block: I selected the entire block and then pressed the delete key. That didn't do a thing until I right-clicked on the green block and got the little menu for the tracking options. I clicked on "Accept format change" and finally green block disappeared. Many thanks!
