Default How do I adjust above spacing in table?

I did it for other tables but can't seem to do it for these tables. That is:

Note: there are no table borders visible in all except for the top.

The first image is the one prefered, where the spacing between text and top border (probably all cells) are further apart.

The second and third, spacing in text and border are too compact.

Appreciate it if you could help

Thanks in advance.
