I have MS Office 2007. I am not very experienced with Office (basic user of Excel and Word) and cannot use VBA.
I have been asked by a friend who works as a fitness instructor to produce some daily (one per day) meal planner sheets. I think I will have to use a table? It will be roughly 6 columns wide with approximately 30 rows. The columns will have headers- carbs, fat, protein etc. Some of the rows will have labels – Lunch, Dinner Snacks etc. It will be necessary to protect those cells but be able to leave others editable so that he can complete them with diet info for clients. The plan is for me to send them to him by email. He will edit them with relevant info and forward them by email to clients. I would be grateful for any constructive and helpful advice on the best way to achieve this please. Thank you. |
