MS Word 2010; weird keyboard shortcuts

I tried to search the forum for answers and I found some good hints. Ultimately, though, I wasn't able to find the answer to my question.



As of this morning, and out of the blue, my keyboard is acting up weird. I believe it is confined to the MS-Office applications, but I could be wrong. I do know though that at this point I am essentially unable to use MS-Word because of this situation.

I put a 30 second video together with my problem, I felt that's a better way to illustrate the issue as opposed to me rambling on here.
