Who does the mapping of Word Property field data to the PDF document IPTC metadata fields? If Word, is there any way for a user to alter the map? For example, the "Document Properties-Comment" field is not mapped to PDF. The "Document Properties-Subject" field is mapped to the IPTC "Description field. Would like to see Comment mapped to Description and Subject to Headline. Where can I find the maximum number of characters permitted in the Document Properties fields?



Why are there quotes around the keywords list when inserted into the IPTC Keyword field?

The mapping results occur with the "Save as" selection of "Adobe PDF" or "PDF or XPS".
