Default Headers in email

Hi I need to email a document that has headers with page numbers. I copy and pasted the document in the body of the email but it will not include the headers. How do I get the entire document in the body of the email? I have to send it with the doc. in the body not attactment.

That's because of the way email works. You should send the document as an attachment.

Yeah I know but They won't accept an email with attachment

In that case, your only option is to manually add the headers wherever you want them to appear. Adding them anywhere other than the very start & end of the email is likely to be a waste of time, though, as you have no control over where they'd appear if the recipient prints the email. IMHO, any organisation that won't accept docx or PDF attachments is unlikely to be around for very long.

Yeah It makes things a lot tougher to send a professional formatted email. Why is it that some only want any documents in the body of the email?
