Multi-page document using facing pages has mirrored margins set for 35 mm inside. When printed out the inside margin measures 38 mm, a 3 mm sideways shift of the printing area.
Is this a problem with Word 2016 that can be fixed with an adjustment, or is it a fault with the printer, a Canon IP7260 Inkjet? |

The problem is most likely to be a hardware one. The next most likely is a driver error. Word is the least likely to be at fault.
