As part of offset printer's requirement for need of economy, want to have an invoice copied twice on A4-sized paper. Is there any quick method so that existing content replicates twice on A4-sized paper or rather what's the best way to do so? I mean I have prepared an invoice on Microsoft Word and now wants to have printed out 2 copies of invoice on an A4-sized paper to be submitted to my offset printer.

Make it two duplicate pages and print 2 pages per sheet.

Your stationery is Letter format, not A4, so you should change the page format. Furthermore, with the amount of content there, you couldn't have two copies on the same page unless you do some extensive reformatting. Conversely, if you simply want duplicates, either duplicate the page or print it twice.

See attached. This was with a little fiddling, printing 2-up.
See the following link showing how I filled out a page more by formatting as legal size (11x14) and then printing 2-up onto letter size. The example is a score sheet for gin rummy. https://www.dropbox.com/s/g2zoa8y2to...Sheet.pdf?dl=0 |

Great! Could you please elaborate how you actually proceeded?

On yours, I lengthened and duplicated the pages, as you can see. Then printed to pdf, 2 pages per sheet. It leaves a lot of space at the bottom. That space was the reason for using a longer page size when I did the gin rummy score sheets. It fills out the page when printed 2-up. |
