I duplicated the pages. In the gin rummy example, I changed the page size to US legal. When printing, I printed to pdf, 2 pages per sheet. The pdf was letter size.



On yours, I lengthened and duplicated the pages, as you can see. Then printed to pdf, 2 pages per sheet. It leaves a lot of space at the bottom. That space was the reason for using a longer page size when I did the gin rummy score sheets. It fills out the page when printed 2-up.
