Unwanted line break in endnote headers
Hello,
I'm having some issues with my endnote headers. There seems to be an extra space there that I can't get rid of. This extra space isn't present in the rest of my document. I turned paragraph marks on, and a gray icon shows up that I can't get rid of (see the attached files). Originally there was an extra line in the endnote headers, which I fixed by switching to draft mode, clicking "Show notes," and removing the line from the Endnote Continuation Separator option, but then Word started adding in the extra line break that's in endnoteText.png. Any suggestions on how to address this issue? |

You need to change the Endnote Continuation Separator again - change it to a 1pt font size, with a paragraph format that has 0 space before/after. Also, your screenshot shows you have the page header open. This has nothing to do with endnotes, per se.
