RD Codes/Hyperlinks
I have a multi-chapter report (each chapter separate document) and would like to use hyperlinks in the TOC RD Codes so the hyperlinks work in the combined PDF. Is this possible? I can make it work in a report that combines all chapters in one document but not with multiple documents.

No, that is not possible. RD fields do not function as or convert to PDF hyperlinks. You would have to edit the PDF post-conversion.
