No clue. Why did you not send the original document rather than a picture from the document inside a document?

A wild guess would be some sort of caption. BTW, I don't see the document either, now.
If you want to attach the picture again, use the Go Advanced button on the editing screen (while editing your original post) and attach the picture using the paper clip icon.
