Stubborn multi-page cover page
Somehow, I find that Word think sthe first 100 or so pages of a 125 page document are all part of the cover page, such that if I do "Remove Current Cover Page" (under insert / cover page) I loose all those pages. I have tried cutting and pasting in multiple ways, but always the "cover-pageness" goes with the pasting, except of course if I paste text only, but in that case I loose tons and tons or formatting and visios, pictures, etc.
Does anyone know how to remove just the "cover-pageness" of a series of pages? I don't see any section breaks anywhere, so I don't think it's that, though I am open to suggestions. I even in desperation exported the document to PDF and then back again, and that seemed to work in that the cover-page is gone...of course, that screwed up so much other formatting that I would have hours of work in front of me to fix everything back to the way it was. |

Try inserting a paragraph break at the start and end of the problem range, then cutting whatever you need except for those paragraph breaks, then pasting into the document body.
