Default Word Dropdown Memu

Hello everyone!

I am trying to create a complicated dropdown menu in Word 2010.

Is it possible to select an option from an existing dropdown menu, and when the option you selected appears, then, according to this, to appear a hidden dropdown menu with other options?

It may be possible, but it would be a lot of work and likely break down easily. Consider using a UserForm instead. You can put your choices there and let it generate your document.

I agree with Charles that conditionally adding a dropdown takes a fair bit of work, though it doesn't have to be prone to breaking down. Changing the content of a dependent dropdown that remains in the document is much less involved. Either way, some VBA programming would be required. There are examples of the second kind on this forum.
