Wrong date with CreateDate

I'm using templates with { CREATEDATE \@ "d. MMMM yyyy" \*MERGEFORMAT } , which works great for most of the users (using 2003).



For some of the users (on 2003 and on 2007), it however does not insert the correct date (creation of new document), but displays the date of the creation of the template.

I guess it's some kind of configuration error, but I'm unable to identify it. The same templates work correct, when used on another pc.

Any ideas?
