Default import tables from an Excel file, but from different sheets

Hello to all,
I'm Loredana and I'm new forum, maybe what I ask is already present in some post but I can not find it! (If that were the case I would ask you to email me the link)
I would need to put in a word file link to the excel tables in the same file, but on different sheets.
When I connect the excel file connects me the paper on which it was done the last save (ie one in which the excel file opens). I should put these links so that you can update the opening of Word files.
Preface the word file and the excel sheet are in the same directory / folder and will be static links, so once set will be ok.

Solutions I've tried that and it does not reflect the expectations:
1) attached excel file in word but when I do upgrade, to embracing change data, I will show the last saved sheet.
2) created excel table in word, inserting references to the cells I needed to show, but when I open the Word files are not updated if you do not enter in each cell to update it.

ultimate goal of the project is to have a word file with the excel tables coming from the same excel file, but several sheets at the time when the word file opens the tables are updated (also by clicking refresh or by a macro to update the file) with new data in the previously edited excel table, then I will change the word in pdf to make the documents.

Thanks a lot to everyone!
sorry again for my bad english!

Simply copy the required Excel ranges and paste them into Word using 'Paste Special' with the 'paste link' option and choose the desired paste format. Once you've done this, any changes to the Excel data should be reflected in the Word document. No macros required.
