How to find red parts in a Word file?
Hi, I want to find red parts, parts which their colors are red, of a Word file and past those part in a new Word file. I do not know weather there is a method, such as programming or any other method, to do this simpler or I have to find them one by one and copy/past them one by one. Thanks for any help.

I believe you need a macro that searches for text formatted in red color and then copies it into a new document.

Try this:
1. Apply the 'hidden' attribute to the whole document; 2. Use Find/Replace the find all red content, and replace it with ^&^p, setting the replacement attribute to 'not hidden'; then 3. Copy the whole document, then paste into using Paste Special as unformatted text. You can now save the result with a new filename.
