Try this:
1. Apply the 'hidden' attribute to the whole document; 2. Use Find/Replace the find all red content, and replace it with ^&^p, setting the replacement attribute to 'not hidden'; then 3. Copy the whole document, then paste into using Paste Special as unformatted text. You can now save the result with a new filename.
